Over 30% of all occupational diseases are skin diseases. It is generally necessary to stay off work for quite some time in order to regain full health. The estimated cost* for each day off work is € 600 for each member of staff compared with a maximum of € 30 per employee per year to cover the costs of a skin care programme.
